If, when you receive your Wellies, you decide for any reason that you do not want them, you can return them and request either a refund or an exchange.
In the first instance, please contact us at Good to be Outdoors where the returns process can be started. An administrative charge of £8.00 will be applicable, which will cover the delivery charges for the new Wellies. The returns paperwork will be completed and sent to the factory on your behalf.
Please send the Wellies in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition that they arrived to you within 15 days of purchase directly to the factory at:

You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we highly recommend you use a recorded service for return as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing en route.
Exchanged Wellies will be dispatched immediately on receipt of the original pair.
If you received the wrong size or the wrong model, we will proceed with a standard exchange at no additional cost to you.
